Refund Policy

Transform by Doing is a small, independent project, and everything here is a digital product. Downloadable guides, meditation scripts, and toolkits delivered to you the moment you order. Because the files are yours instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable.

I keep pricing low and transparent for exactly this reason: so you can decide with confidence before you buy. Every guide lists what it is, what's inside, and what it's for, and free guides are available if you'd like to get a feel for my approach before purchasing.

If something's wrong with your file

If a download won't open, arrives corrupted, or you were charged incorrectly, that's on me to fix. Not a "refund" situation but a resolution one. Email me at hello@transformbydoing.com within 14 days of purchase and I'll get you a working file or sort out the error.

For customers in the UK and EU

Digital downloads are delivered immediately on purchase. By completing your order and accessing your download, you're agreeing to receive it right away and acknowledging that you waive your usual 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase, as permitted under consumer law. If you'd prefer not to waive that right, simply don't complete the purchase.
