Eight gentle practices for the fourth trimester and beyond.
Postpartum advice is mostly about getting back to your body, your routine and your old self. Meanwhile you’re healing, feeding around the clock, running on broken sleep and quietly wondering who you are now. You don’t need another plan to bounce back. You need practices that meet you where you actually are. I couldn’t find what I needed, so I built it.
The Eight Limbs of Yoga: Postnatal Collection is a printable set of eight guides, one for each limb of yoga, adapted for life with a newborn. It isn’t a fitness programme or a list of rules. It’s a step-by-step path from how you treat yourself, through body and breath, all the way to feeling whole again, with every practice designed to work during a feed, a contact nap or a stolen ten minutes.
What’s inside
Yamas: letting go of the pressure to do postpartum “right”
Niyamas: caring for yourself and surrendering what you can’t control
Asana: gentle movement for a healing body, with no “bouncing back”
Pranayama: simple breathing to calm your nervous system
Pratyahara: turning down the noise, the scrolling and the advice
Dharana: focus for a brain running on broken sleep
Dhyana: open awareness for the moments when there’s nothing to fix
Samadhi: finding your way back to whole, connected to your baby and your people
Journal prompts, a closing reflection and UK and US mental health support in every guide
Who it’s for: New mums in the fourth trimester and beyond who want a gentle, realistic way back into yoga and meditation. It also suits doulas, midwives and postnatal teachers looking for a structured resource. No experience needed.
PDF download · 75 pages · 8 practices, 5–20 minutes each · Fourth trimester and beyond · Beginner friendly
All eight guides for $50, saving $14 on buying them separately.
